Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood actor and writer who has received critical recognition for her skills. Sagittarius Born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is oldest among three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was the paratrooper. Her mother Anne is a psychotherapist. She's English and Scottish. Her father was a professional and moved her family a lot. She had a difficult time making or maintaining friendships. Moore began acting in plays at Frankfurt American High School when her family relocated to Germany. When she completed her B.F.A. from Boston University in 1983, Moore continued her studies. In Theater. After graduating, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. In the episode The Edge of Night in 1985, Moore made her first appearance on the screen. She played the roles as Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in the show As the World Turns that was her first major role. This show lasted until 1988 and won the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she made a debut on the screen in the form of Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Short Cuts, both produced by Robert Altman (1993), as well as 3 Women, also productions from Altman (1997) included among her works. The latter production, for which she received several awards and the acclamation of critics. Moore was offered her first role as a lead on the screen in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg chose Moore to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World. The film was one of the most watched films of that year. Moore has also appeared in The Forgotten 2004, Freedomland, Shelter and Shelter 2010. Non-Stop was a film in which that she starred in, was released. Moore was in a variety of productions and films. Most recently, she starred in the role of the main character in You Finish Saving The World (2022). The actress has established herself in Hollywood and also as an author for children. Her first novel was published Freckleface Strawberry (2007) and became an N.Y.T. bestseller. This best-seller was turned into a film, a series and even a musical. Moore also published My Mom is Foreigner in 2013, a memoir in 2013. Moore's personal life has been made public as a highly popular author and actress. Moore married John Robin back in 1984 The couple split in the year 1996. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore was later married in 2003 has two children with her. Moore's work, family and friends are the most important things in her life.
